The SW2500 Tunnel Cage and Rack Washer is a heavy duty, conveyorized hydrospray washer designed for thorough, efficient cleaning of cages, bottles and miscellaneous items used in the care of laboratory animals.

This unit is fabricated from type 304 stainless steel for long life and is structurally reinforced and welded throughout to create an integral unitized construction.

Some of the standard features of this unit include

The Extended Prewash Chamber ensures efficient removal of all debris from the material being washed before it enters the Wash chamber.

An Extended Final Rinse Chamber increases the amount of exposure that the materials being washed have with the 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) rinse water.

All of this means cleaner cages with less chance of contamination related problems.

An easily removable bottom spray header makes maintenance a breeze. No clips or bolts to undo, just roll it out!

The in line self cleaning filter reduces the need for maintenance and maintains high pressure washing.

The high pressure provided by our rotating arm design is used to keep material from flipping over on the belt.

All stainless steel circulatory piping, pumps and valves allows for the use of either alkaline or acid solutions.

Belt widths: 24", 30", 36", 42" or 48".

Our optional Dryer and Conveyor allows for the speedy processing of equipment and can be customized for your operation.
