| This versatile
Sterile Dryer eliminates recontamination of parts and
tubes during the drying process while they are warm and
wet. A HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air filter) is
used to eliminate bacteria and particles from the air
that is being used during the drying process.
When this unit is used in conjunction with Scientek’s
Inhalation Tube Header it is possible to transfer the
already mounted tubes directly to the Sterile Dryer.
This results in more efficient handling since the inhalation
tubes do not have to be individually remounted. The
Tube Mounting Rack from the header can be slid into
place in the Sterile Dryer without adjustment.

The
air circulation system consists of a prefilter and a HEPA
filter that prevent airborne bacteria from contaminating
parts and tubes during the drying process. The HEPA filter
is 99.97% efficient in removing all particles larger than
0.3 of a micron. |
